Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to your use of Solidarisoft Innovations private limited's AI code generator service and related services (collectively, the "Services"). This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for account cancellation and refund requests. This policy may change as Solidarisoft Innovations private limited grows and evolves, so please check back regularly for updates and changes.

  1. Account Cancellation.

You may cancel/delete your account at any time by contacting our support team itadmin@figotion.com. Upon cancellation, your access to the AI code generator service will be available until you exhaust the remaining funds and no further charges will be applied to your account.

If you need a refund of the balance in your account, you may request it by contacting our support team itadmin@figotion.com. If you requested deletion of the account, upon deletion, your access to the AI code generator will be terminated immediately.

Important: Upon deletion (deletion only, not cancellation), if the remaining balance is above $8 (USD) or equivalent of it in your local currency, the whole amount will be refunded to your last payment source without a need for a refund request.

  1. Refund Process.

Timeline

  1. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of account cancellation;
  1. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days;
  1. Refunds will be credited to the last payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions

The following circumstances are not eligible for refunds:

  1. Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in account termination;
  1. Fraudulent or unauthorized use of the service;
  1. Credits purchased more than 12 months prior to cancellation request.

Processing Fees

  1. Bank transfer refunds may be subject to processing fees charged by financial institutions;

This may include suspending your use or access to the Services. Please note that violation of this policy may result in termination in accordance with our termination rights in our agreement with you. You will not be entitled to any credit or other compensation for any interruption of the Services caused by your violation of this policy.
